YOUR Yoga Body is a collaborative project between Luminous Heart Yoga (Luminous Amy Bockmon) and Be Your Own Body Yoga (Cyndi Allen) to bring accessible, body positive yoga into the Chattanooga Community. Our goal is to be able to welcome any student into our classes despite age, physical restrictions, and ability. By providing a safe space to meet with other students on their own path of healing. Through the process of learning to use the tools of yoga to heal the mind, body and spirit we intend to create with in our community a welcoming place to learn and grow. We invite anyone to join in our community to learn about acceptance of all people.

CLASS DESCRIPTION

Begin your journey here...this class is designed with you, the beginner student, in mind. It provides encouragement for those who have wanted to try yoga but felt too intimidated to enter a yoga studio. Learn the fundamentals of yoga in a safe environment which fosters a healthy body and mind while developing a community of friends for support. No previous yoga experience is needed
